Your tasks
- Analysis and optimisation of business processes in the ERP environment: assessment of current situation, target concept, identification of potential for improvement
- Derivation, prioritisation and translation of technical requirements from day-to-day operations into implementable IT requirements
- Interface coordination between business units and IT
- Support for technical implementation: test management, acceptance and rollout
- Ensuring process quality after implementation
What you bring
- Several years of professional experience in process management or ERP project work (IT lateral entrants (m/f/d) with experience in ERP projects or ERP optimisation are also welcome)
- Very good understanding of end-to-end processes and their mapping in ERP systems
- Basic technical understanding of IT and system interrelationships
- Experience in requirements management and project management
- Structured, independent and responsible approach to work
- Very good German and good English skills
