Your tasks
- Analysis and optimization of business processes: current-state assessment, target-state design, identification of improvement opportunities
- Structured requirements management: formulation, prioritization and documentation of clear IT specifications
- Interface coordination between business units and IT
- Support during technical implementation: test management, acceptance and rollout
- Establishing standards: process documentation, templates and continuous improvement process
What you bring
- A completed degree in business administration, business informatics, computer science, or a comparable qualification.
- Several years of experience in process management, business analysis, or ERP project work.
- Very good understanding of end-to-end business processes (e.g., procurement, logistics, sales, production, service, finance)
- Strong communication and facilitation skills
- Structured, independent and responsible working style
- Very good German and good English skills
