Your tasks
- Support in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to position the company in the B2B industry.
- Management and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns with a focus on events and trade shows.
- Analysis and identification of market trends for the further development of the brand strategy
- Conception, organization, and implementation of national and international trade fairs, congresses, and events.
- Development of creative trade fair concepts for the optimal presentation of products and services
- Coordination with internal teams as well as external service providers for a smooth process.
- Development of targeted communication measures before, during, and after events
- Development of press releases, specialist articles, and content for event marketing in coordination with the team
- Building and maintaining media and industry contacts
- Definition of KPIs for measuring the success of events and deriving optimization potentials
- Support with budget planning and control in the event sector.
- Reporting and analysis of measures for continuous improvement and efficiency enhancement in marketing.
What are you bringing?
- Completed studies in the field of marketing, communication, event management, or a similar qualification.
- Several years of experience in strategic marketing, ideally with a focus on trade fairs & events.
- Solid knowledge in B2B marketing and in the development of multi-channel campaigns.
- Creativity and a sense for innovative event concepts.
- Strong communication skills and experience in stakeholder management.
- Analytical thinking as well as experience in measuring success and budget control.
- Hands-on mentality and joy in working in a dynamic environment.
