Working Student HR (m/f/d)

Your tasks
- You support the recruitment of new employees as well as the entire applicant management
- You actively participate in HR projects - e.g., in the introduction of a new applicant management system
- You create and update onboarding documents
- You research current HR trends and possible implementation ideas
- You support personnel development, e.g., by researching training opportunities, needs analyses, and other measures
- You also assist with ad-hoc tasks that arise in the HR field and lend a hand
What you bring
- You are currently studying business administration, business psychology, human resource management or a comparable HR-related course
- First HR experience is an advantage - more important, however, is the willingness to familiarize yourself with new topics, as well as a genuine interest in HR topics
- You have a confident command of common Microsoft applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- You work in a structured, reliable, and independent manner and enjoy taking on responsibility
- You have very good written and spoken German skills; good English skills are an advantage
