Your tasks

  • Support the Key Account Managers (m/f/d) in offer preparation, order processing, and customer service
  • Creation of calculations, evaluations, forecasts, and sales analyses
  • Maintenance and management of customer and master data in the ERP system
  • Coordination of orders as well as monitoring of delivery dates and material availability
  • Close collaboration with logistics, production, and purchasing to ensure smooth order processing
  • Identification of bottlenecks and initiation of appropriate measures to ensure delivery capability
  • Contact person for complaints, quality deviations, and delivery delays
  • Development and coordination of solution measures and ensuring transparent communication with the Key Account Managers (m/f/d)

What you bring

  • Successfully completed commercial training, e.g. as industrial clerk (m/f/d), technical clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in internal sales, inside sales, sales support, order processing, or technical sales, ideally in a manufacturing environment
  • Experience in dealing with ERP systems as well as good MS Office knowledge
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills
  • Communication skills and team spirit
  • Knowledge in the field of renewable energies or electrical engineering is an advantage
  • Very good knowledge of German (at least C1) as well as good knowledge of English (B2)
