Your tasks
- Support the Key Account Managers (m/f/d) in offer preparation, order processing, and customer service
- Creation of calculations, evaluations, forecasts, and sales analyses
- Maintenance and management of customer and master data in the ERP system
- Coordination of orders as well as monitoring of delivery dates and material availability
- Close collaboration with logistics, production, and purchasing to ensure smooth order processing
- Identification of bottlenecks and initiation of appropriate measures to ensure delivery capability
- Contact person for complaints, quality deviations, and delivery delays
- Development and coordination of solution measures and ensuring transparent communication with the Key Account Managers (m/f/d)
What you bring
- Successfully completed commercial training, e.g. as industrial clerk (m/f/d), technical clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in internal sales, inside sales, sales support, order processing, or technical sales, ideally in a manufacturing environment
- Experience in dealing with ERP systems as well as good MS Office knowledge
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Communication skills and team spirit
- Knowledge in the field of renewable energies or electrical engineering is an advantage
- Very good knowledge of German (at least C1) as well as good knowledge of English (B2)
