Your tasks
- You will be responsible for the strategic development of the Medical Technology and Food & Beverage business units
- You will develop a go-to-market and customer strategy and implement it independently
- You will gain key customers and build long-term partnerships
- You conduct complex negotiations on offers, prices and contracts up to decision-making level
- You will work closely with management, engineering and production, translating market requirements into marketable solutions
- You analyse market, competitive and technology trends and derive strategic growth initiatives from them
What you bring
- Experience in technical sales, business development, or key account management - ideally in medical technology or food & beverage
- Technical understanding, e.g. in electrical engineering, automation or mechanical engineering
- Strong communication and closing skills
- Entrepreneurial thinking and enjoyment in developing new markets
- Independent, structured and goal-oriented approach to work
- Very good German and good English skills, as well as a valid driving licence
