Your tasks
- Independent management, further development, and strategic control of our social media channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube)
- Planning, creation, and publication of target audience-oriented content in text, image, and video formats
- Development, implementation, and optimization of social media and content marketing campaigns to increase reach, brand awareness, and employer attractiveness
- Close collaboration with sales and HR to support sales, employer branding, and recruiting marketing activities
- Analysis of relevant KPIs as well as continuous development of our social media and content marketing strategy
- Support with the maintenance and search engine optimized development of our website as well as collaboration in the website backend – we are happy to provide missing knowledge
What you bring
- Several years of experience in social media management, online marketing, or digital marketing
- Safe handling of the platforms LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube
- Creativity and a good sense for target-oriented content
- Hands-on mentality and willingness to independently drive and implement themes
- Interest in digital trends, social media developments, and new technologies
- Structured, independent and reliable way of working
- Very good German language skills and good English skills, both spoken and written
- Interest in learning how to maintain and manage websites
